I have a bad experience with my bank especially with customer service . I called them to resolve a problem I faced when I used my ATM card .They told me they will try to resolve it soon as soon possible but it took few days. During this days I tried many times to used my ATM card but still had the same issue. And every time I called the customer service they keep telling me your issue under process !!
Then I made an complaint and the rep for complaint department said that he was really sorry about the situation and he promised me to resolve the issue during one day . That's really what happened but banks still drive me crazy.

In a blog post, I would like you to write one paragraph reflecting on the expressions you learned and what English words you use instead of those expressions (for example, Blow your money means spend all of your money).
I liked the money idioms because I learned a lot about money expressions and when can I use them. For example if I want to say no more money left with me I can use (my money runs out) and I can also use (paying through my nose) instead of saying I paid a lot of money for some thing .That's what money idioms mean and its good to know it and using it in our life.

Task 2:
Write about a time that you messed up, you were sorry about it, someone held a grudge against you for it (which means a deep resentment for a large mistake) and you tried to make it up. (use these expressions in your story). Write 3 paragraphs:
1. Intro (give context for the story - where are you, how old etc.
2. Three to four points - Give details about what happened - first this , then that and finally this happened.
3. Conclusion - the final result, what you learned, idea for future
when I was 15 years old ,my mother was always asking me to make my bed before I go to school. But I didn't make it so I am sorry for not listening to her and messed it up. After that I felt so bad for her,but I knew she is not hold grudge against me. And to make up for I started to make my bed everyday after I wake up and sometimes I wash my dishes after my breakfast.
At the end, I learned that if I make mistake I need to apologize and if hurt anyone accidentally I have to compensate him nicely.
